Every story begins with a prologue. In fictional tales, this is where the main characters are introduced to the readers. Similarly, the story of the Rotaract Club of Quezon City MediaTech began with its own prologue: "RACTIVATE 101: Connecting, Learning, and Creating Lasting Impact!", held on August 9, 2026, via Google Meet.
RACTIVATE 101 is the official orientation program of the Rotaract Club of Quezon City MediaTech. Its purpose is to provide new members of the growing Ka-Techies family with a clearer understanding of Rotary and Rotaract. This year, the club had the privilege of welcoming PDRR Heidy Escalona Elizan of Rotary District 3810, who shared her expertise and experiences in community service as a Rotaractor. The event concluded with a raffle draw aimed at promoting camaraderie and goodwill among participants.
Attendees included members from both the Rotaract Club of Quezon City MediaTech and the Rotaract Club of Adamson University, reinforcing the club's commitment to connecting with fellow Rotaractors. The discussions covered the duties and responsibilities of a Rotaractor while emphasizing the importance of developing the next generation of community-driven leaders.
Overall, the event served not just as an introduction, but as a testament to the club's dedication to building stronger and more meaningful bonds among fellow Rotaractors
